Wheaty® - the outstanding meat substitute

Wheaty® is a further development of seitan or kofu, which is traditionally Asian and based on wheat gluten. Also called “wheat meat”, seitan becomes surprisingly similar to the look and texture of meat when cooked. We have taken the challenge to adapt seitan to the western cuisine. The result is a wide range of delicious vegan and organic Wheaty® - products.
